Are you serious, Vox Hunt??? A book that I've read more than once??? "A" book. If I have enjoyed a book, chances are within a year I will re-read it. I continue this over and over again until I can practically recite from memory my favorite passages.

While I love Bittman, he is not as comfortable on television as the more experienced folk. So, my current favorite on tv is Anthony Bourdain. He is a sarcastic shit head. He smokes, curses, and gets to travel all over the world eating wonderful food. If I weren't married with children I would probably volunteer to carry the man's baggage or whatever menial task he could think of to travel with him.

We also have a family trip in the works. My cousin is getting married in February in Calif. Just blocks from Disneyland. So we will take the boys and fly across the country and take them to the Magic Kingdom. The boys have never been on a plane, and we have never taked such a big family vacation. We are all very excited.
