While I love Bittman, he is not as comfortable on television as the more experienced folk. So, my current favorite on tv is Anthony Bourdain. He is a sarcastic shit head. He smokes, curses, and gets to travel all over the world eating wonderful food. If I weren't married with children I would probably volunteer to carry the man's baggage or whatever menial task he could think of to travel with him.
Who's the coolest culinary celebrity?
I have mentioned before that Bittman is my hero. He is also damn funny. He has a series on PBS, if you've never seen Bittman, check it out.
