Not a good way to start the day
So, how did my day begin today? I'll give you two clues....
Doesn't look like a good combo, does it? You're right, it was not fun! Thing 2 "accidentally" dropped Thing 1's Gameboy into the toilet, right after he had peed (before flushing). Since this was way too ishy for him to deal with on his own Super Mom had to step in to save the day. So, mere seconds before I was to walk out the door for work I had to stick my hand into a urine filled toilet to (hopefully) save the Gameboy. It is still being dried out, so we will see how successful my attempt was. Here's hoping that's one experience that I can chalk up on the "Mom's gross to-do list" that only happens once.

Way to step up for the happiness of your kids. The question is why or how the gameboy was near the toilet immediately after potty-ing. I'm guessing Thing 2 was playing while peeing, which makes me think your toilet cleaning is an adventure in and of itself!

I believe there was playing at least before and immediately after, if not actually during the urination process. Thing 2 gets very funny about putting down his game even for a moment. I hope this has taught him a lesson, but I kind of doubt it.
