News & Politics QotD: The Primaries
Did you or will you vote in the primaries? Do you feel as though the outcome in your state matters?
I will not, unfortunately, vote in any primary. I wish I could. However, being a registered independent in a state that only has a Republican primary excludes me. There are times when I feel like my typical Democratic vote in a highly Republican state often renders my vote meaningless. South Dakota will probably never be a blue state, at least in my lifetime. Therefore, my vote tends to get lost in amongst the thousands of votes on the other side. Oh well, my only recourse would be to move to a blue state, and I don't plan on moving any decade soon.
