Did you watch the State of the Union last night? What did you think about the President's remarks?

Of course I watched the SOTU, even though I can barely force myself to watch and listen to that man speak. Everytime he winks at someone, I feel ill. As far as the content of the speech, I felt that he re-hashed issues from his entire presidency, rather than looking forward to the next year. He really does not seem to grasp the urgency of the state of the economy. And when the topic turns to the "war on terror", he begins to border on delusional. I really am not sure if he gets what damage he has done to our reputation around the world. I almost laughed last night when he got to his "threats" in the speech. He kept telling Congress that they had better do what he wants, or he will veto, or issue executive orders. Doesn't he realize that he is currently a lame duck, and the entire Congress is waiting to see who will get the job next?
